This antenna is ground plane independent, meaning that no ground plane is required for proper operation. The HD4-2400 is ideal for WiFi Fixed M2M capability in environments where the antenna is subject to wear and tear, such as impact from a car tire in a roadside application or damage caused by an animal in an agriculture setting.
